Because of the centralized design of cue, a great benefit that is offered is the ability to share information. And in this case we have added a game-changing section to venues called “Venue Intelligence” that allows you and others to report on key factors about the venue to the event community at large. These include:
- Trailer Friendly?
- Cart Friendly?
- Power at Cocktail?
- Power at Ceremony?
- Power at Reception?
- Sound Restrictions?
Also with each of the main fields there are detailed notes you can make about each of those questions to give very granular details about the venue. And it’s not limited to just one entry. Things change over time and new entries can be added.
All of these features are available now, and FREE with cue Essentials. Not to mention all of additional capabilities to track leads, send proposals and contracts, track financials, and so much more.
Adding info is super simple. Just search for the venue you want to add this information on. If it does not exist. Don’t worry. You can add venues to the system! Once it’s there you will see an “Add Info” button where you’ll be able to input some simple drop down answers and additional in depth text fields to add any nuance to the entry.
