Packages

Nov 25, 2021

Packages is a critical element in cue that controls many aspects of how the platform works. Let’s look at what you can manage inside of packages.

Name: Edit your name of your package

Rate Type: Toggle between a flat rate package value or a hourly rate.

Package Base Hours: Determine how many hours are part of your core rate. Note any time over the base hours will apply your determined overtime rate.

Setup Duration: Define what your typical time that you will take prior to starting your event. This value will auto calculate in your contract to determine your arrival time at an event (this is modifiable in the contract).

Price (Flat Rate or Hourly Rate): Determine your price of your package

Deposit: Choose what your deposit/retainer is for your package.

Overtime Rate: This is calculated to your rate if time exceeds your Package Base Hours. This is done at 60 minute increments.

Attach Timeline Form to Package. Timelines (base templates or custom templates) are applied at the package level. When a contract for an event is signed it will pull the timeline assigned to the package. If a Timeline is not assigned you can assign any available timelines at the event Timeline view as needed.

Attach Company Contract. Custom contracts are applied to your package here. If a contract is not selected the default system contract is applied.

Details: Enter in details about the package here

Notes: Add any internal notes about the package here
